  • Be Educated. It is important for you to be aware of the details of your case, the allegations against you, and what evidence may be against you.
  • Listen. Listen to what the judge is saying, stay engaged in the process, and pay attention to what is happening around you.
  • Attend All Court Appointments. Be sure that you arrive on time for all required court appointments.
